Knowledge Sharing Sessions

In-depth industry knowledge is critical for rating industry analysts. We initiated a series of sessions that helped employees understand the client’s business and market sentiments. These sessions were in the form of knowledge sharing, experience sharing and cross-skilling. They helped in enhancing analytical rigor.

Special Skill Building Sessions

We organized American spelling, please check for consistency sessions on technical topics ranging from understanding the credit sanction and Anti Money Laundering processes and deciphering the various products that the company rates.

Building Connect

Fun sessions with the objective of messaging were scheduled too, to promote informal learning. Team huddles, quiz competitions, and informal chats with senior management are some examples. These helped to give employees a perspective about their careers, discuss life beyond business and build a stronger bond amongst themselves. This bond translated into a higher sense of purpose aligning with the company.

The Impact

After each session or event, we reached out to the employees for their feedback and worked on improving processes. Most of the programs received an average rating of 9 and above, out of 10.
