
Built ground up since 2014, the company had deepened its presence pan-India in the network infrastructure space by 2022. For the next level of growth, it aspired to invest in building its brand recall and enhance its reputation to connect better with its stakeholders viz. telecom operators, internet service providers, data centers, enterprises, & large content providers.
Eminence became company’s end-to-end Marketing and Communication partner in 2022 and since then we have consistently worked on enhancing the company’s positioning among its stakeholders.

We initiated the partnership with competition benchmarking and industry landscape understanding, as the company operated in a highly niche space. Thereafter, we engaged extensively with its leadership team to refine the brand’s core messaging and positioning. This was followed by an overhaul of their brand collaterals including their website, brochures, leaders’ profiles and more.

Being a B2B operator there were limited opportunities for customer and other stakeholder engagement. We developed a regular plan for this by celebrating key milestones such as a new business vertical launch, new office space, strategy offsites, credit rating and fundraising. Additionally, we curated giveaways that aligned with these milestones to enhance engagement and enrich the overall brand perception.

We leveraged news media, social media and industry thought leadership platforms to amplify the brand’s messaging and increase its visibility. We also tapped the CEO’s social media handles to amplify the company’s messaging.
The company achieved a dominant share of voice over peers in telecom infrastructure media coverage, alongside LinkedIn follower growth and strong stakeholder engagement driven by effective messaging.
