Our Founder & CEO

Mitu Samarnath Jha brings over two decades of experience in reputation management. Having held leadership roles at CRISIL, Standard & Poor’s, Aditya Birla Capital, ICICI Prudential AMC, and Great Eastern Shipping, she started Eminence to advice organisations on building trust and long-term credibility. An independent director on various boards, certified leadership coach, and mentor, Mitu is passionate about helping leaders and organisations create meaningful impact. She has guided prominent companies across sectors, and mentored over 150 women professionals.

Eminence was founded to bring this insight into an advisory model that helps organisations move from consideration to conviction—by building reputations that endure scrutiny, scale responsibly, and compound over time.

Mitu is an experienced reputation advisor and certified leadership coach. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Times Internet Limited, Equirus Capital, Shree Digvijay Cement, and Peninsula Land, and works closely with senior leaders on reputation, leadership presence, and stakeholder trust.

She is also deeply committed to advancing women in leadership and has mentored over 150 professionals through structured industry initiatives.
